Human-centered software for Industry 5.0
The future isn’t smarter machines. It’s smarter collaboration.
We build software, automation, and AI agents that take over the busywork, so your people can focus on the work that matters.
No pressure, no pitch deck. We start by listening.
- Platform engineering
- Workflow automation
- ERP integration
- Agentic AI
- IoT and TinyML
- Talent and learning
- Decent work
Technology that earns its place
Four practice areas, one rule: every system we ship has to make someone’s working day better than it was yesterday.
Platform engineering
We build cloud platforms and SaaS as an independent vendor. The platform grows with your business. And it stays yours.
Workflow automation
We automate processes and integrate your ERP around the way your teams actually work. When the manual disagrees with reality, we follow reality.
Intelligent systems
Agentic AI, IoT, and TinyML for decisions that cannot wait for a server. The device decides in the moment. A person can still overrule it.
Talent and learning
We train the teams who will run what we build, through EdTech and hands-on programs. When we leave, they stretch the system without calling us. The knowledge stays on your payroll.
The machines do the repeating. The people do the judging.
We build software for Industry 5.0. The last wave of automation pushed people to the edges of their own operations, and we think that was the wrong trade. Our systems put people back inside the work: in the loop, with real authority over the machines beside them. When a person’s contribution makes the system better, the value of that work comes back to them. That is what decent work means to us, and we build for it.
What is Industry 5.0?
Industry 4.0 connected workplaces through automation and data. Industry 5.0 adds the human layer: technology that serves workers, supports sustainability, and stays resilient when conditions change.
What fair work looks like in practice
We run a Decent Work initiative at Keplar Flow. It asks one question: what does fair work look like now that software keeps doing more of it? We take the answers to founders and workers first, then to the institutions that set the rules. What comes out is practical: standards a company can start using this quarter.
What we give away
We open-source our small tools under the name Liluts, little useful things. Around them, a working community of builders and business owners trades notes on agentic AI and on FinOps. Scaling up is expensive. It does not have to be chaotic.
Bring us the bottleneck.
Tell us what slows your business down. We will show you what changes first.
